Painting How-To
Paint the door panels a light color; let dry. Using a ruler, find the middle of each panel. Mark that point with a pencil, then draw a vertical line and horizontal line through the point. Using 1-inch painter's tape, then put a 1-inch diamond square at the center. Then, together with your pen lines as a guide, tape off additional diamond squares so they're equidistant from one another. Repeat for each panel. Paint the panels and the remaining portion of the doorway a dark color. Peel off the tape while the paint is still slightly wet.
